Jazan Special Economic Zone

Jazan Special Economic Zone is a 24.6 km² SEZ in Jazan Province on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. It focuses on food processing, metals conversion and logistics and is positioned as an industrial and trade platform serving Red Sea and African markets. The zone benefits from industrial and port infrastructure, available energy and water resources, competitive industrial leases and access to a large workforce. The current SEZ framework provides a 5% corporate income tax rate for qualifying activities for up to 20 years, withholding-tax relief on qualifying profit repatriation, customs-duty relief on capital equipment and inputs and VAT relief on qualifying intra-SEZ goods, subject to applicable conditions.
